Companioship
Personal Support

Life Skills Development-Level (Companion): Services consist of non-medical care, supervision and socialization activities provided to an adult on a one-on-one basis. This Services must be provided in direct relation to the achievement of the recipient's goals per his Support plan.
A companion provider may also assist the recipient with such tasks as meal preparation, laundry and shopping, however,
these activities shall not be performed as discrete services. This Services does not entail hands-on medical care. Providers may also perform light housekeeping tasks, incidental to the care and supervision of the recipient.
Liege Skills Development Leven 1 Services may be scheduled on a regular, long-term basis.
Respite Care

Is the provision of short-term, temporary relief to those who are caring for family members who might otherwise require permanent placement in a facility outside the home.
Is the service that assists a recipient with eating and meal preparation, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and other self-care activities of
daily living, assistance with meal preparation, bed making and vacuuming when these activities are essential to the health and safety
Homemaking

A homemaker does household chores that include housekeeping, cooking, shopping assistance, laundry, and other routine household tasks.
In addition to the above, a companion may provide companionship for the client such as keeping a person company at home or going with the person to appointments or other outings.
